Remeber playing with hot wheels? Those bright ornange tracks that snapped together and the little metal cars that went on them? Well Xbox thinks you do, and they are hoping you do too. Lets be honest, who hasnt wanted to be in those little cars zooming around on that orange track. The tracks seems just dropped in, just like you would when you were a kid, laid over all sorts of things like buildings, and the Triassic period.

It’s time to make your Hot Wheels fantasies come true! “Forza Horizon 3’s” Hot Wheels expansion is available now exclusively on both Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs (Xbox Play Anywhere). You can get the expansion as either as part of the “Forza Horizon 3” Expansion Pass or as a standalone purchase for $19.99 in the Microsoft Store. “Forza Horizon 3” Hot Wheels will transport you to a new Australian locale, where orange tracks spiral and loop into the air and iconic Hot Wheels cars come to life.

In addition to the new Hot Wheels expansion, we released an update for Forza Horizon 3 which includes significant improvements for Windows 10 players. Head over to for more details.

Im sold, who doesnt love the idea of injecting that element of fantasy in to the premier racing sim out there right now? This isint your standard expansion either, its got loops, speed boosts, tight banked turned, and those trademark walls that hotwheels have. Perhaps the most exciting part of the expansion for me has been the aesthetics.

The expansion also comes with perhaps the most iconic hotwheels track of my childhood Criss Cross Crash. If you dont remember that track, its basically a clover leaf interchange, but instead of going over or under, you just all go through the center. The rest of the tracks make pretty little sense, in that magic Hot Wheels way. There are jumps, loops, and all sorts of fun to be had.
